TERMS OF SERVICE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs Your downloading and use of Feudr Inc.'s ("Provider") Feudr.com website ("Feudr"), the services available on Feudr and all of Feudr's content, including its text, layout, images, graphics, photographs, videos and the selection and arrangement thereof, all associated software and all patents, trademarks and copyrights (individually and collectively, "Feudr Content").

The words "User", "You" and "Your" used in this Agreement refer to users of Feudr and all other persons who access Feudr. As used in this Agreement, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Feudr Inc. If You are registering, accessing or using Feudr on behalf of a business or entity, (a) the words "You" and "Your" include that business or entity, and (b) You acknowledge and agree that You are authorized to bind that business or entity to the terms of this Agreement.

Content, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music on and "look and feel" of Feudr and all intellectual property rights related thereto are owned by Provider.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING FEUDR

By registering, downloading, accessing or using Feudr, You agree to accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. In addition, as a condition of Your use of Feudr, You represent and warrant to Provider that You will not use Feudr for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

If You do not agree and accept these terms and conditions, Your use of Feudr is prohibited. Other than this Agreement, Provider will not enter into any Agreement with You or have any obligation to You with respect to Feudr and no attempt to create such an agreement will be effective.

Acknowledgement and Eligibility

By downloading or using Feudr, You acknowledge that:

  1. You are 18 years old or older and have read and understand all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or You are between the ages of 13 and 18 years old and Your parent or legal guardian has read and understands all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
  2. You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
  3. This Agreement is the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract between You and Provider; and
