Feudr cooperates with law enforcement while prioritizing user privacy. We review all requests for user data carefully to ensure they satisfy legal requirements and our policies.

Submitting Requests

Law enforcement agencies should submit requests via email to legal@feudr.com. All requests must include:

• A valid subpoena, warrant, or court order;
• The target username or specific URL of the post in question;
• Contact information for the requesting officer or agent.

Requests for international data must comply with U.S. law (e.g., via MLAT).

Data We Provide

Subject to valid legal process, we may provide the following information if available:

• Account registration information (e.g., name, email, phone number);
• Account usage data (e.g., login history, IP addresses);
• Content of posts (only if legally required by a warrant).

Note: We do not store payment information or precise GPS location data.

User Notification

Our policy is to notify users of law enforcement requests for their information unless:

• We are prohibited from doing so by a court order or applicable law;
• We believe that notification would create a risk of injury or death;
• The case involves potential harm to minors.
